HR Coordinator

A prestigious Engineering firm based in the City of London are looking for a bright and capable administrator to join their HR team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, a typing speed of at least 50wpm, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite, great attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Collating and completing all relevant documentation for new starters, cross checking references etc.
Implementing employment changes including promotions, pay reviews and contractual changes in line with Company policy
Keeping internal databases up-to-date and accurate
Assisting with other HR procedures as required by the HR manager.
The company are looking for someone with a positive, 'can-do' attitude who is willing to learn and grow. Someone who is part CIPD qualified is of particular interest, but not a pre-requisite for the role.
